WHO ARE WE?
We are a small team of dedicated filmmakers invited into New Hanover County to document decades of corruption. It was a five year journey that has come to an end and now we are ready to share what we uncovered.
Film has the power to change the world. Meet some of New Hanover County's courageous residents, elected officials, teachers, parents, journalists and historians along with global experts who contributed to our film’s narrative, as they relay their own stories and try to make sense of what happened.
