IN EARTH WE TRUST is a documentary film focused on the life of Reverend Richard Cizik - the man who almost broke the barrier of mistrust between faith and science regarding climate change. In 2007, Cizik had the attention of 30 million Evangelical Christians and was generating momentum for the idea of a faith-based moral obligation to care for the planet. Almost overnight, Cizik fell from grace and lost many supporters, collapsing his growing movement. IN EARTH WE TRUST tells the story of Reverend Richard Cizik's life, legacy, and continued work to change people's minds and hearts about the threats of climate change.
