Support Our Midlife Revolution!

Constance Zimmer and Abby Epstein are channeling their passion for storytelling and advocacy into The Midlife Monologues (working title) — a groundbreaking docu-theater experience spotlighting women’s midlife journeys. This innovative production aims to transform what’s often dismissed as the most “invisible decade” in a woman’s life into a celebration of empowerment, visibility, and strength.

Funds raised will directly support the production expenses and the development of the show itself, ensuring we can bring this important project to life. Once the production is launched, it will serve as a powerful fundraising vehicle to drive urgently needed change, including raising awareness and funds for women's health and menopause research. Despite 55 million women in the U.S. experiencing menopause, research remains woefully underfunded, leaving countless women without access to effective treatments.

Set to debut in 2025, The Midlife Monologues will kick off with exclusive one-night-only performances in Los Angeles and New York, followed by a regional tour. Beyond the stage, this project will ignite a grassroots movement to educate women about hormonal health and reclaim midlife as a dynamic, vital chapter in their lives.
