African Voices's Fundraiser

An IMAX documentary film for audiences worldwide.
Without you this film will not happen. Thank you in advance for helping...
Donate now to support the development of African Voices; an IMAX documentary where 10 local African storytellers, from 10 different African countries, share their stories about community, culture, wildlife and human/animal co-existence on IMAX Giant Screens around the world.
Kenyan filmmaker Faith Musembi, is Project co-director, film co-producer and film show-runner (lead in selecting the 10 storytellers and mentoring their short films that will make up the whole).
Faith is currently working at the prestigious BBC natural History Unit, in Bristol UK, on a landmark TV series about lions in East Africa. Faith is fully engaged in African Voices:
"My ambition is to bring African-led filmmaking to the global stage through a groundbreaking IMAX film and a dynamic outreach programme that celebrates the continent’s diverse stories, voices, and perspectives. This initiative will showcase the creativity, talent, and innovation of African filmmakers on one of the world’s most powerful cinematic platforms, while the outreach component will foster skills development, cross-cultural collaboration, and youth engagement across Africa and beyond. In a genre that has historically excluded African voices, this project is a vital step toward rebalancing the narrative and ensuring that African perspectives are seen and heard in stories that shape how we understand our world. By amplifying authentic African narratives and empowering local storytellers, this project aims to reshape perceptions and create lasting impact within the global film industry."
