Hey mom's Fundraiser

Hey, mom
We believe film can do more than entertain -- it can shift culture, spark dialogue, and drive change. In a world full of content, we’re committed to telling bold, human-centered stories that resonate beyond the screen and explore pressing issues like AI, mental health, and the immigrant experience. We often pair our projects with impact campaigns, working with partners to turn awareness into action.
Hey mom is a short film with an alternate take on a coming of age story that asks the viewer to consider what grief, loss, and coping look like in the modern, rapidly developing, information age. In it we follow Najma, a socially anxious college student heavily codependent on her mother as she navigates college life. A minority in more ways than one, we see her challenge in developing authentic connections in an increasingly technological world. When she looses one of the people closest to her, she panics and in a grief-fueled frenzy destroys her room, only to find a hidden note from her loved one tucked in a photo of the two of them.
There's a phenomenal team of filmmakers working to bring Hey, mom to life, including:
- Amanda Kay Price, Emmy Award Winning Producer | Apple TV's The Studio & Amazon's Daisy Jones & The Six
- Jennica Anusua, Writer/Producer | Indie Films Renaissance Kid & Uranus Attacks

- Teo Santos, Producer | Sundance 2025 film Omaha, Paramount film Image of You
