As a cast member in Amistad and later the civilian male lead in a U.S. Marine Corps Public Service Announcement produced in partnership with the Department of Defense and the Naval Health Research Center following 9/11, my journey bridges two defining American narratives: the legacy of historical justice and the call to contemporary service.

Years later, in the wake of September 11th, I served as the civilian male lead in a U.S. Marine Corps PSA supporting a national message of service, strength, and unity during a defining moment for our country.
