A story about an unsung hero of Hollywood, who gave people their lives back when few others had the courage and the tenacity to stand up to Hollywood studios, producers and the FBI in order to do so.

In the 1960s, my father, George Litto, a Hollywood agent, represented several of the Hollywood 10 and many blacklisted writers and directors, who were either not working or working under assumed names for a fraction of their usual fee, and he put them back to work systematically, earning them their right to work, their proper fees and gave them their lives back after HUAC had blacklisted them ending 2 decades of censorship. He risked his livelihood to stand up for their right to free speech, famously telling the FBI, "I don't care what they write. When I sell it, I make ten percent. That's called capitalism. Now get the f*** outta my house!"

They went on to receive multiple Oscars, Golden Globes and other awards. He also made the first film with a trans lead and the first blaxploitation film. A profile in courage, integrity of a great supporter of the "artistic rebels with a cause" of Hollywood.

In today's political climate, with the cancelation of Colbert, the attempted cancelation of Kimmel, the Paramount/WB merger looming, the arrest of Don Lemon, the new domestic terrorist laws against free speech and the constant infringements on our Constitutional rights, it is incumbent upon us to stand up for free speech as artists, journalists and citizens.

This film is about one man who made a difference by outwitting them at their own game. It is an inspiration to current artists and future artists, and anyone with a platform who wishes to stand up for our rights to free speech.
