At Look Like Me Book Challenge C.I.C., our mission is to amplify underrepresented voices and provide creative spaces for storytelling, especially for young people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities. Through our innovative projects, we are changing the face of UK literature and animation—one story, one legacy, one voice at a time.

  • Create spaces for creative expression and authentic storytelling
  • Empower young writers aged 7–18 to share lived experiences through literature
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and representation in mainstream media
  • Build a legacy of Black and Brown heroes in British animation and global entertainment

STORYLINE:- Superhero cousins Zion and Nevaeh embark on an epic adventure to the enchanting Caribbean island of Kalaria. Adorned with magical superpowers they form new friendships and must work together as a team to face the formidable ‘G-Whiz and Warrior Sun’ and find a way back to their cherished grandparents' home.

REPRESENTATION: In a world hungry for stories of inclusivity and diversity, we proudly present the tale of superhero cousins Zion and Nevaeh. These remarkable child protagonists embark on an epic adventure to the enchanting Caribbean Island of Kalaria, where they will captivate audiences of all ages with their bravery, friendship, and superpowers. This is a warm-hearted intergenerational story to bring families back together again.
